Tami McGirr

Tami is a dynamic coach, public speaker, and nonprofit leader with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Argosy University. With over 15 years of coaching experience, Tami specializes in business development, networking, positive mindset coaching, and event coordination. She has successfully led a team of over 75 to rank in the top 2% of the world’s number one direct selling company.

In addition to her coaching work, Tami is the founder and executive director of Love Matters, a nonprofit organization dedicated to domestic violence awareness with a unique focus on educating and supporting friends and family members of victims. With a decade of experience as a victim advocate for a local police department, she brings empathy, expertise, and a deep understanding of resilience to her work.

When she’s not empowering others, Tami loves kayaking across flat-water alpine lakes, hiking mountain trails, and snorkeling in the ocean whenever possible. She also enjoys spending time with her adventurous cat, Jolly.
